  • You must request a return within 7 business days from the date your item was delivered. If a return request is approved after our review, we will provide a store credit in the form of a gift card. No refunds are honored. 


  • All pre order hat sales are final. No refunds are honored


  • All items listed as pre order are made to order and ship at a later time frame that is listed. You will receive updates once your item has finished production and is preparing for shipment


  • All sale items purchased are final.


SHIPPING/EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Shipping estimates provided at checkout are approximate and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

  • Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, L1VEFRESH is not responsible for missing or stolen packages. If you are unable to locate your package, we recommend checking with your mailroom, front desk, or neighbors and contacting the carrier directly for further assistance.


  • Any shipping-related claims must be addressed with the carrier.

 

  • Items are only eligible for exchange if that item is being exchanged for sizing (clothing) and if that item and desired size is still in stock. You must complete the contact form to request a review for an exchange.

 

  • Items with significant factory defects are accepted for exchange within 48 hours from when the shipment is received. We require that customers use the contact form for any problems with merchandise within 48 hours of receiving. Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with printed receipts. In as-new condition is defined as unworn, unwashed, undamaged (beyond what is noted if exchanging due to factory defect), and unused.


  • We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the merchandise does not meet these criteria. 


  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs incurred while sending merchandise back for exchange.
